What do I do if my new item is missing pieces?
A- You have a few ways to order the missing item, call,
fax, or email us your request and orders. When emailing
please included your name, phone number, model number of
your item and part number including description of what
you are requesting. Send emails to help@victorylandgroup.com.
When faxing your order please include your name, phone number,
model number of your item, and part number including description
of what you are requesting. Send fax correspondence to 1-630-540-7099.
When calling in an order request please make sure to have
the model number to your item and the description including
part number to what you need replaced. To reach our Customer

Q- Should I go back
to the store if a new Item I purchased is damaged?
A- No. Please call our customer service help line to get
assistance with your new product.
Q-Are there any
special cleaning instructions for my product?
It is recommended if the item is made of wood it can be
cleaned with any wood polish. It is advisable regarding
any fabrics to spot clean the fabric with mild soapy water.
Q- Are there any
special tools I will need to assemble my item?
A- The tools you might need would be a Philips head or Flat
head screw driver. Also many times an Allen key is needed,
however, would be provided with your product.
Q- Do I need to
use all the parts that came with my piece
A- Yes. When opening a new product please verify that you
have every piece on parts list. If your supply matches the
parts list every item is needed. If you find you have more
pieces than on the parts list then follow the instructions
accordingly and dispose of any extra pieces.
Q- Can I buy from
your company directly?
A- No. Currently we only sell to Retail stores at this time.
